Perinatal Mental Health
Support during the perinatal period can help to ease the emotional load and help with decreasing depression and anxiety symptoms. I offer support for Prenatal and Postpartum adjustment, Birth Trauma, Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders (PMADS), infertility concerns, grief surrounding miscarriage, and more. In an effort to further my expertise, I am currently pursuing a certification in perinatal mental health and expect to complete the certification by the end of 2024.
Grief
Grief can feel like a wave that might overtake you at any moment...but having someone to walk with you can make that wave feel more manageable. Everyone's grief journey is different and I encourage you to call or message so we can talk further about how I can support you at this time.
College Students
College is a time of constant change and adjustment. I work to support college students by providing a safe space to talk and validating their experience as they enter into a new season of life. I completed my internship at a University Counseling Center and developed a passion for supporting students in the midst of academic challenges, relationship difficulties, life adjustments, and identity development.

Adjustment Concerns
